Woollahra Sailing Club is looking for an experienced member and customer service-oriented person, to take responsibility management and operational delivery of its member services. This role will work collaboratively across all areas of the club. It will be the main contact in dealing with all membership matters covering renewals, boat storage and providing support to the club’s events program. The role will work equally across two key areas membership engagement and facility management.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE:

• A minimum of 5 years experience in a membership or customer focussed role
• Knowledge of sailing and or boating would be an advantage
• Good written & verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, and attention to detail
• Experience in membership databases and basic accounting packages
• Experience in facility management and working with external contractors will be highly regarded.
• TAFE or University qualification in Sports Administration or similar
